Fantastic experience right from the moment the car arrived at the hotel until we left. Every single staff member was friendly and courteous. Each and every one played their part in making our stay amazing an unforgettable. The hotel itself is amazing, both in terms of architecture as well as facilities as well as the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast options were amazing. Everything was fresh and well stocked. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and went out of their way to fulfill every one of our requests. The room is large and spacious with fantastic views whether you are on the front or rear of the property with a lovely balcony to allow you to enjoy these views. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Once again, no request was too much for them. Massive congratulations to the team that organize the staff training. The whole team are so consistent in their amazing treatment of the guests. Our booking included access to the adjoining Meryal waterpark. This added to the brilliant experience. Many hours were enjoyed there. One of the best waterparks in the world.

Hotel was modern and very nice, rooms were spacious, food was was nice variety and good taste, entrance to waterpark was smoothly and we enjoyed it, waterpark is one of the best I ever been, with many many rides if you love water park this is 10/10 hotel for you, its bit further from center of city, but with taxi you in 12 min in place vendome and in 20 min everywhere else

An absolutely exceptional stay at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, Doha! We had an extraordinary experience at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. A huge thank you to Laila at the reception — she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and truly made our stay unforgettable. We were lucky enough to receive an amazing upgrade to a beautiful two-story villa with a breathtaking sea view — one bedroom for the kids, one for us, each with its own bathroom, plus fresh fruit, a minibar, and every possible comfort. The all-inclusive service was outstanding — the food was delicious, varied, and of exceptional quality, from the wonderful breakfast to the dinner. The pools were fantastic, and the Meyral Park water park was absolutely stunning — a paradise for both children and adults! Our kids were treated with such care and attention, and every member of the staff was genuinely friendly and thoughtful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, these were our best holidays ever. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We 1000% recommend Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North — a true piece of paradise where every detail is designed to make families feel special and relaxed.
