Fantastic experience right from the moment the car arrived at the hotel until we left. Every single staff member was friendly and courteous. Each and every one played their part in making our stay amazing an unforgettable. The hotel itself is amazing, both in terms of architecture as well as facilities as well as the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast options were amazing. Everything was fresh and well stocked. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and went out of their way to fulfill every one of our requests. The room is large and spacious with fantastic views whether you are on the front or rear of the property with a lovely balcony to allow you to enjoy these views. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Once again, no request was too much for them. Massive congratulations to the team that organize the staff training. The whole team are so consistent in their amazing treatment of the guests. Our booking included access to the adjoining Meryal waterpark. This added to the brilliant experience. Many hours were enjoyed there. One of the best waterparks in the world.

It was wonderful, the place is amazing check in and check out was smooth. Kristian in the reception is very helpful and welcoming. We came for my son's birthday and you did more than expected. The balloon in the room ceiling, the bed being made up with birthday wishes as well as the lovely cake. My son also enjoyed the water park and the beach club.

Excellent service,thanks to Mica/Myka from guest relation/guest service and Faisan from Concierge.We were very happy with breakfast buffet had lots of options/variety of foods to choose and the water park has many extreme rides. We checked in 3pm and I prepared some balloons.There was surprised cake served in the room and in the lobby comp drinks with Turkish delights that my sons enjoyed after water park closed. Thanks a lot Rixos hotel for the memorable staycation on my son's 11th Birthday.

Stay was okay, rooms price includes free breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, they offer free coffee and sweets at the lobby. there were lots of activities at the hotel which my kids enjoyed a lot. I recommend the hotel to families.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were friendly and helping. The buffet included all kinds of food and the ambience of the entire hotel gave off the true holiday spirit during our stay. Say thank you to all resto staff, Bonface, Mon, Angelica if am correct and all Filipinos restaurant staff

We stayed for one night on a half-board basis with my family and enjoyed it a lot. The place is amazing! We had the chance to use the water park on both check-in and check-out days. There was a wide variety of food during dinner and breakfast. The room was comfy and had a great view. A special thank you to Mr. Kristen at the reception area; he was so nice and helpful. All the animated staff are friendly, and they treated the kids well. When I lost one of my kids at the water park, they helped me find him easily.
